- Engagement with University Researchers which can also be extremely useful in a wider context than just the current project;
- Potential feedback on new applications of the evaluated device and possibly of other devices also;
- Contact with University staff, students and post-graduates with the possibility of recruiting highly talented people into their company;
- Recovery of marginal cost of providing devices.
Benefits for Device Recipients are: - Early access for researchers and students to photonic devices not yet available on the open market;
